Academy Practice Hours
- Weekdays: 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
📍 Location: Practices take place at the Charles "Sparky" Kawamoto Swim Stadium, 260 Kalanikoa St, Hilo, HI 96720.
